If you have a mobile phone with a browser and you use it to access your online banking with PCCU, it is now easier than ever.  Once you click on the online banking link from the PCCU homepage, you wil now see the online banking application screens formatted for easy viewing on your mobile phone.  You can view your accounts and do anything you would be able to do from our regular site.  The screens are easy to navigate and user friendly.  We are pleased to be able to offer another convenient way to access your account. 

PCCU has recently updated our old telephone banking system with our new INFOVOICE digital system.  Members will notice a few changes to your menu options but generally it will provide the same information and transaction processing to which you have become accustomed.  Members will have the added option of being able to transfer between two different account numbers, if you so choose.  If you wish to do this you will need to contact Michelle at 705-748-4481 to have the option added to your account on the system. Once the option is added, you can freely use it as often as you like.  If you have any questions about the new system, please call us, so we may assist you.  Members with old type S05 share accounts should request information for the account called "special savings".
