We value your opinion.  PCCU has published our annual survey.  You can pick one up at the office and complete it or if you have online banking you can click on the link from your summary page to fill it in online.  A pop up box will continue through the month of June 2010 to remind our members to complete the survey.  We appreciate your patience as we gather this important feedback from our members.

Please welcome Margaret Williams, our new Manager of Lending.  Maggie will be taking over for John Potts, as he retires.    Maggie will be working with Marg, Karen and the rest of the staff and getting to know our members.  Maggie has management and loan experience in the credit union and banking sectors.  She was born in Peterborough, and is dedicated to the credit union movement and the community.

Attention Members!  PCCU now has a full function ATM (automated banking machine)located in our building at 167 Brock St.  It is available 24 hours a day and members pay no service fee to use this ATM.  You can deposit to your account and withdraw funds as needed.  In addtion the payments function wil allow you to do bill payments on any bills you have set up online.   We are pleased to offer this service to our members.

To report lost/stolen or compromised ATM cards 24 hours a day/7 days a week, call toll free from a touch tone phone: 1-877-764-3693.
